On Wednesday, October 3, STC Co-Director Steve Keppler was joined by Beacon Insight Vice President Andy Kight to discuss trends in compliance audits and how to manage compliance to avoid poor outcomes. Keppler brought the audience up-to-speed on what instigates compliance reviews and what to expect when the occur. Kight focused on establishing good driver qualification files and proper maintenance.
