At the NASTC Annual Conference last week, co-director of STC Steve Keppler moderated a regulatory-update panel discussion. Panelists included FMCSA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Director Tom Liberatore, and CVSA’s Programs Director Katie Morton.
