Someone is getting better at FMCSA's Crash Preventability Demonstration Program. As of the end of June 2020, 50% of crashes submitted were determined ineligible by FMCSA. New data released shows that number dropped to 26%. Not sure if it's FMCSA or the carriers, but the news is good either way
