In March 2020, the USDOT created new ‘Regulatory Guidance Portals’ for transportation businesses regulated by the Department. These user-friendly portals provide a new way to search for and find all current regulatory guidance on a host of rules that apply to trucking companies, as well as business in other modes (airlines, railroads, etc.) Click here to go and try FMCSA’s new portal. We tried it by searching for all guidance on “personal conveyance.” We then created this helpful compilation of all current guidance on that topic.
